Diving Dolphins & Echo Geckos Share Learning!

This week in buddies, the children got to learn more about their buddies by finding out about their internal and external characteristics.
Yesterday The Echo Geckos had the wonderful opportunity to go to HS Science.
Mr Hall had given his HS Gr 11 Bearcats a communication assessment, where they had to teach Grade 2 classes all about liquids, solids and gases in 15-20 minute sessions.
The Grade did a fantastic job of teaching The Echo Geckos, using dynamic and engaging activities and approaches. Making a very enjoyable afternoon for all.

At the start of Second Grade 2 the class had to decide on our new class name - The Echo Geckos!
Their homework task was to find out some interesting facts about Geckos that you can share with the class.
It could be a story you want to share, you may want to make a book, factsheet, presentation, poster or picture.
Be creative and have fun learning about geckos!

- Fun facts
- Diet
- What do they eat Habitat
- Where do they live
- Life cycles
